Your margins are impacted by factors you can’t control.

Weather, fuel prices and freight cost volatility shouldn’t dictate your results. Rialta provides hedging contracts that settle automatically and help you mitigate those risks.

Rialta Exchange is a CFTC Swap Execution Facility (in designation) connecting mid-market operators with institutional capital through index-settled parametric risk contracts.

How it works

Get paid without filing a claim.

Choose an index that aligns to your operating risk and set the threshold at the level where it impacts your business. If the index crosses that threshold during the contract period, the contract settles automatically and you get paid. There is no claims process or need to prove a loss.

01

Index-based contracts

Each contract references an independent public index and a predefined trigger level aligned to the underlying business exposure.

02

Rules-based settlement

When the index reaches the specified trigger, settlement occurs automatically according to the contract terms.

03

Transparent outcomes

Settlement is based solely on published index data, removing the need for claims adjustment or subjective loss assessment.
